Shala Hillenbrand Wardak
The managing director and partner of Park Lane Asset Management GmbH has many years of real estate experience and maintains a wide range of contacts with institutional investors in Germany. Shala Wardak oversees the entire property and asset management area as well as rental and contract management and coordinates and leads the group's acquisition and due diligence processes.
Shala Wardak holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce's examination board for real estate agents. She is also a member of the Group's Advisory Board.
